Public Participation – Public Comment (5/25/23)

There are two rounds of public comment during each Workgroup meeting.
During the first round of public comment, members of the public will have an opportunity to submit written comments on agenda item 1 through a Google Form. The first round of public comment will open at the start of the meeting and close at the end of agenda item 1.
The second round of public comment will occur later in the meeting. This round will include a period of time during the meeting when members of the public can make verbal comments. This round will also include an opportunity for written comments through a Google Form, which will remain open until one hour after the end of the Workgroup meeting.
